Here are the answers to just some of the questions we are asked about our Reseller packages:

What’s the difference between a Referral, a Resale and a White Label sale?

1) Basic level – this means that you simply send people to us and we deal with everything from there. We do the selling, we deal with the client and we do the invoicing. For sending us the lead you earn 5% of any setup fees only.

2) Reseller level – as a reseller you will do the selling. We won’t speak to the client, and all our communication is with you. This means that we can offer you a sliding scale of commission as detailed on our Reseller commission page. We will invoice you and you will invoice your client.

3) White label level – this means that we will deal with your clients as if we are a part of your company. They need never know a third party is involved, it’s as if you are offering the service inhouse. All you have to do is sell it! We will invoice you and you will invoice your client. This offers a sliding scale of commission as detailed on our White Label commission page.

If we refer business to you, will you refer business back to us?

Although we do refer business to people we have reseller agreements with, we do not guarantee to pass business to people who resell our Internet Marketing Services.

How do we claim our commission if we send you a basic referral?

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email to let you know how much to invoice us. We pay you once the client pays us.

How do we claim our commission if we send you a Reseller or White Label client?

As we’ll be invoicing you, we’ll simply invoice you minus your commission. You will then invoice your client at the full price (or whatever you have agreed), and the difference is yours!

If we decide to White Label, will you need an email address from us?

If you want us to contact your client direct then yes, we will need a nikki@yourcompany email address to use for reports, support etc.

Are there any services you don’t offer on a reseller basis?

Yes, as we use an outside expert for our Google Adwords Management service, these packages are not available on a reseller or white label basis.

I see you have a special offer on – can I resell that?

No, any one off special offers (ie not our usual packages) are not available at a discount to resellers as they are already priced as low as possible in order to bring in new customers.
