A lot of you will already have seen this as it’s been in various places, so my apologies, but I wanted blog subscribers that don’t know me from elsewhere to have a chance to see it too.

I’ve recently become involved with a project called Birds on The Blog, which is a group of women (and one man!) blogging about various things to do with business and life – it’s a new project that is yet to define itself properly, but i’m enjoying being involved and looking forward to seeing what it turns into.

I love business forums – and have been a member of many in the last 15 years. I love the way I can ask a quetsion and get umpteen answers in a short time, get opinions that don’t necessarily agree with mine, find out about other people’s businesses, and see posts that challenge my own viewpoints and educate me.

The problem is, in the latter half of 2009 I kind of let Twitter fulfil that ‘need’ and let my business forums go a little bit.

As anyone who knows me is aware, I’m a MASSIVE fan of using Twitter for Business, and it’s good to see people thinking and talking about it, whether they agree with me or not :)

A quick insight into the sites I visit on a daily basis:

    1) Search Engine Watch – the first site dedicated to search engines, and still the best. Originally started by Danny Sullivan in 1996 (he resigned in 2006), this is a great site to find out the latest search engine stats, search engine news and more.
