Whether it’s aimed at mums, women in corporate life, whatever, as long as it’s aimed at women, I need to know about you.
You could be a training company, a jewellery website, a resources portal – whatever you are, as long as you’re aiming at women I need to know about you.
Why? Because I’m going to be compiling a list, that I’m going to broadcast quite a lot, and it might be good for you to be on there 
When marketing your website online through social media channels you need to do things a certain way. It’s a bit like redecorating your house; you could do it quickly and as cheaply as possible. But will it look good, and will it last?
In this article we’ll cover 7 things you can do to make your website content social media friendly. If you follow all the steps listed below you should stand a great chance of scoring highly with social media sites as well as effective search engine optimisation.

1. Include a picture
One of the things I hear most often when I talk to people about promoting their websites themselves, is that it ‘takes too much time’ and they ‘don’t know where to start’.
Well, while I can see where they’re coming from on the second point, the first one doesn’t ring true with me. It’s not about spending loads of time every day, it’s about doing SOMETHING every day and seeing the effort pile up and bring results. It’s about not giving in because you ‘don’t have the time’ and not putting things off because you’re ‘not sure how’.
It’s the cry of blog owners everywhere – “I need more traffic to my blog!” – so what can you do to make it happen?

On the face of it they’re innocuous comments, don’t really upset the apple cart, and show that people are reading your blog (allegedly, although not always).
