We’ve not had the best of luck with car rental companies recently (personally, not professionally, as anyone following Nikki on twitter or Facebook knows), so were really happy to hook up with a company that knows about customer service and great rates.

In a highly competitive business it’s always nice to speak to a company that understands the lengths we have to go to to help them, and these guys certainly do!
